The right candidate must be good for inbound and outbound calls, and ust like setting up appointments over the phone for people to come in and shop for a vehicle through our robust selection of cars.trucks, SUV's, etc.
Candidates must exhibit exceptional customer service aptitude, positive and professional demeanor, must be able to work well as part of a team. Proficiency in computer skills and multi tasking a must.
Candidates should expect 8 hours shifts on the phone, a fast paced incoming and oubound sales calls, and the need to use of multiple, simultaneous computer programs.
